We seek funding to support our conflict resolution work by helping us to recruit, train and support 6 new Mediator volunteer to join the service to work with 96 service users across a 12 month period to include all training costs, volunteer expenses, supervision and ongoing professional development over a 12 month period.

Resolve West is as an independent registered charity providing a range of services to help people to resolve conflict or to repair the harm caused by crime. Working with victims and offenders across Bristol, Somerset and surrounding areas, this includes neighbourhoods and communities experiencing conflict, Individuals, as well as victims and perpetrators of crime. Our work enables those who have caused hurt or harm to understand the impact of their actions and to put things right for those directly affected in a way that restore relationships and allows them to move forward. Restorative Interventions of this type enable people to ask questions, to have direct or indirect communication and for offenders to take responsibility for their actions and for victims to gain closure from what they have experienced.
